I cannot use Arabic fonts with my hmi

Dear Sir,

I have a new version of Program EB8000 that it has support the Arabic language , But whenever I choose an arabic Font and write some words and download the project to the HMI the words shown Separate letters and mirrored I attach emedg. please Advise me what font can i use to shown the words correctly.

Hello , you should confirm that which version of the OS system in the HMI,you can click on the arrow in the lower right corner,then check its version,it must be 20130905 or newer.

I am  thank you for helping me, but allow me to another questionI have HMI type TK6070iK S/N 130931694 with firmware version 20130422 I want to uUpgrade this firmware to last version , I already have OS EB8000 20140507 , I tried to Download the firmware by EasyBuilder8000 but firmware in HMI don’t change and I tried to changd it by entering to system setting in HMI but I didn’t  succeed I think becuse the HMI hasn’t USB host device or SD card slot just has Mini USB download port.please tel me what I can do to upgrade firmware.thank you very much

As you said,TK6070iK hasn’t USB host device or SD card slot just has Mini USB download port,so users can not update the firmware version by themselves,you need to send it back to the Manufacturers.
