TK6070IP can't not use toggle switch button

Hello every body!
sorry because i use english.
I currently use TK6070ip and EB8000 v4.3.4. I have a problem, when i use TK6070IP "toggle switch button" and set switch style " toggle". It seem ok when offline simulation, but when i download program to TK6070iP, it can't work. when press this button, it go to "1" in a moment, then immediately go into "0" status. i see EB8000 v4.65.06 is recommended for TK6070iP, but i can't find where to download.
Can anybody help me! please share me EB8000 v4.65.06.
